Letter from the President & CEO

Aang Unangax̂ Shareholders & Descendants,

Summer provides important opportunities to connect with shareholders and families across our communities. It was a pleasure to see so many of you at this year’s picnic. The conversations we share—and the responsibility we carry on behalf of our shareholders—continue to shape how we lead Aleut with discipline, accountability, and a focus on long-term value creation.

This spring, Aleut announced its 2026 Annual Distribution of $10 per share and a $1,000 Elder Benefit, reinforcing our commitment to providing consistent and reliable value to shareholders. Distributions will be issued through the Settlement Trust in July and will be tax-free to shareholders.

Distributions are one important way Aleut shares the success of the Corporation with shareholders and their families, and we have a responsibility to ensure they remain sustainable over the long term. Our disciplined approach balances shareholder distributions with reinvestment in our subsidiaries to strengthen performance, manage risk, and support the Corporation’s continued growth.

This summer, we are excited to host Shareholder Informational Meetings across our region. These gatherings strengthen our partnerships and help guide how we serve shareholders today and into the future. Our full travel schedule is available on our calendar here.

Looking ahead, our 54th Annual Meeting of Shareholders is on Saturday, October 17, in Bellevue, Washington. Every three years, we hold the Annual Meeting in the Seattle area to increase access and engagement to the Corporation for shareholders who live in this area, which is over 25%. A livestream option will also be available. Additional details can be found here

Recent federal commitments and private-sector agreements have brought increased national attention to Adak and our region. Located 1,100 miles closer to Asia than Hawaii, Adak holds growing strategic importance to Arctic security, national defense, and global connectivity.

As interest and investment continue to grow, Aleut remains focused on opportunities that support both national priorities and meaningful community benefits. We look forward to sharing more as plans continue to develop.

Everything we do is guided by long-term sustainability: building a strong Corporation, honoring our responsibilities to shareholders, and creating opportunities that will endure for future generations.

Skoey Aachax̂ Vergen

Aang Shareholders and Descendants,

Jenifer Samuelson Nelson, Aleut Board Chairperson

Summer is a special time for Aleut, marked by gatherings, travel, and renewed connections across our communities. On behalf of the Board of Directors, thank you to everyone who joined us at this year’s Aleut Picnic. It was a pleasure to reconnect with families and celebrate our shared culture. These moments remind us that our work is rooted not only in corporate responsibility, but also in the people, relationships, and traditions that define Aleut.

The Board remains focused on ensuring Aleut is well-positioned for the future. A key part of that work is improving the ways shareholders stay informed, connected, and engaged. We encourage shareholders and descendants to explore the updated Shareholder Portal, which provides easier access to important resources and documents.

As we look ahead to the 54th Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which will be held in October in Bellevue, Washington, we are pleased to continue the Q&A panel introduced last year, which created another way to share information in a more engaging format. Based on shareholder feedback, we have made several refinements and look forward to an even stronger discussion with members of leadership and the Board this year.

Aleut’s theme, “At the Table,” reflects how we strive to lead, in our day-to-day operations, in our communities, and in the boardroom. Aleut is strongest when we make room for a range of voices, perspectives, and experiences, and when we take the time to listen. That same spirit of inclusion and engagement extends to our shareholders, whose participation strengthens the Corporation. The theme also carries a more personal meaning: the table is where culture, tradition, and connection are shared across generations.

In that spirit, we invite shareholders to participate in our call for recipes and stories. Food has always been central to how we gather and share our histories, and we are excited to collect recipes and memories in a future Aleut cookbook. Please consider submitting a favorite recipe, traditional or modern, along with a memory and photos of your family spending time together to comms@aleutcorp.com.

We are proud of the impact the Ulakaia Center (UC) continues to have in supporting shareholders and communities. From scholarships to cultural programs, UC plays an important role in investing in our people. In fiscal year 2026, the Ulakaia Center distributed more than $6.5 million in shareholder benefits. At the same time, Aleut now has the highest number of shareholders in the Corporation’s history. As our shareholder base continues to grow, it becomes even more important to prepare and support the next generation through education, training, and career development opportunities.

Thank you for your continued engagement and trust in Aleut. The Board of Directors remains committed to thoughtful leadership, careful stewardship, and honoring the responsibility we share to support our people and strengthen Aleut for the future.

Qaĝaasakung,

Jenifer Samuelson Nelson
Aleut Board Chair
