Robert Misulich

Chief Legal Officer

As Chief Legal Officer, Robert (Rob) Misulich oversees the legal and compliance functions of the Aleut family of companies.

Rob was most recently a shareholder of a large regional law firm representing Alaska Native corporations (ANCs), tribes, Native Hawaiian Organizations, and other companies in the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program. He also previously served as in-house counsel for another regional ANC.

Rob graduated summa cum laude from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and received his J.D. with honors from University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, WA. He is licensed to practice in Alaska and New York, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Rob currently serves on several nonprofit boards and is a past President of the Anchorage Symphony Orchestra.
