Annual Meeting Information
The 54th Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the Hilton Bellevue, 300 112th Avenue SE, Bellevue, Washington, 98004 in the Bellevue Grand Ballroom, beginning at 1:00pm Pacific Time. Registration opens and 10:00am and lunch will be served at 11:30am.

Voting Your Proxy
Your participation is crucial in shaping Aleut’s future, and this year, your early vote not only impacts important decisions but also increases your chances to win more proxy prizes than ever before.
The Annual Report and Proxy Packets will be available through the secure voting portal. If your email is registered with us, you’ll receive your Shareholder ID and PIN once voting is open from ‘noreply@aleutvote.com’ (please check your spam folder). Each shareholder is mailed the annual report with their proxy ballot and proxy statement. Shareholders who wish to obtain an additional copy can download one from the Shareholder Portal, pick up a hard copy at the Corporate office, or request a copy be sent to them by contacting the Shareholder Department at 907-561-4300 or info@aleutcorp.com.
Mailed Proxy Packets are expected to arrive in early September, including your PIN and shares. If you don’t find your PIN or have lost it, you can now use our PIN Lookup Tool at aleutvote.com. Shareholders will need their DOB and last four digits of their SSN to retrieve their PIN.
Voting is open August 28 – October 14, 2026.
How to Vote Your Proxy Online
- From any computer, connect to the internet and go to www.aleutvote.com.
- Enter your shareholder ID number, PIN, and the last four digits of your social security number to open your proxy form.
- Carefully read the instructions and mark how you want your votes cast among the Board candidates.
- Mark how you want your vote cast for the two new ballot measures.
- Enter your email address for a confirmation that you submitted your proxy through the internet.
- Click “Vote” and exit the system.
Deadline for proxy voting is October 14, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Alaska Time. If you want to be entered in the Proxy Prize Drawing, you need to return your paper or electronic proxy by October 14, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Alaska Time. Proxy prizes will be randomly drawn by the Election Judge prior to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders on October 17, 2026.

Eligibility for geographically determined prizes is based on mailing addresses.
Early-Bird Prizes
Deadline for early-bird proxy voting is September 23, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Alaska Time. Proxies mailed or submitted online by the early-bird deadline of September 23, 2026, are also eligible for all other voting prizes.

The deadline for voting by ballot at the Annual Meeting is October 17, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Alaska Time. Ballot votes are not included in the Proxy Prize drawing at the Annual Meeting.

Candidate Speech Format: At the Aleut Picnic
To ensure more shareholders have access to candidate information before voting, board candidate speeches will now be delivered at the Aleut Picnic.
Why this change?
Since the vast majority of votes are cast before the annual meeting, allowing candidate speeches at the picnic and sharing speeches earlier gives shareholders the opportunity to hear directly from candidates before submitting their ballots.

Why this change?
The Aleut Board, Management, and staff have received overwhelming feedback indicating that shareholders prefer the option to submit questions in writing rather than speaking at a microphone. This approach is more inclusive to all our shareholders and allows Aleut to provide more detailed and accurate responses, ensuring every question receives thoughtful attention.
New Way to Connect with the Aleut board
To make it easier for shareholders to share ideas, proposals, or concerns, Aleut has introduced a dedicated email in place of the inflexible Shareholder Resolution process.
